Town of Phelps and Ontario County Maps
There is a contradiction with the street number. Roudabush Survey states 47 in the text and 49 on the photograph. Palmer states 47 which is likely correct. The tax assessor states a physical address of 53 which gives a correct Google Maps location based on the property map.
House at 47 Ontario St., Phelps was built ca. 1830 by A. White. It was long owned and occupied by the Tiffany family. Richard Palmer blog.
